Orders and Shipping
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–6 working days after processing. Please note that processing may take 4–6 working days, depending on availability and courier schedules.
Creating an account is simple! Just click on the “My Account” or “Sign Up” option on our website, enter your details, and register. You can also shop as a guest without creating an account.
How do I change my shipping address?
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order details. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed, and delivery may fail.Explain the address to the rider once out for delivery.
How do I track the status of my order?
You can track the order of your status on our track us page or track it on the courier company website
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
No, we do not store any credit card or payment details. All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways to ensure your safety.
No we donot charge any tax not even shipping fee
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at the moment.
Will my items come in one package?
Since some products are shipped directly from different suppliers, your items may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry — there are no extra delivery charges, and all packages will reach you safely.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 7-day refund policy with proof of a clear unboxing video. Refunds are processed via Easypaisa or Sada Pay once the returned item is inspected. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and refunds are not available for items damaged due to customer misuse.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and an unboxing video. We will arrange an exchange for the correct product as quickly as possible.
If your order arrived damaged, please share a clear unboxing video with us within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Please note: items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
Where should I mail my authorized return?
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?
Yes, you can cancel or change your order before it has been shipped by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
Currently, we do not accept pre-orders for sold-out items. But don’t worry — as soon as the product is restocked, it will be available on our website, and you can place your order right away.
