- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- A return is only accepted if you provide a clear unboxing video as proof.
2. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for paying return courier charges.
- We do not provide free return shipping at this time.
3. Conditions for Returns
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
- No returns or refunds will be accepted for products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or accidents.
- Personal care items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
4. Refund Method
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued through Easypaisa or Sada Pay only.
5. Exchanges
- If you prefer, you may exchange your product (subject to availability) instead of requesting a refund.
